I bought a ticket, but didn’t receive it by email
Before getting in touch, please check your email spam filter. If it’s not there, no problem, email us on enquiries@seventythreemedia.com and let us know which email address you used to register with and we’ll re-send it to you.
Which days are my ticket valid for?
All tickets are valid for both days, so you can attend the show on either/both days!
I booked several tickets and only received some of them!
If you booked tickets for other people using their own email address, their ticket will have gone directly to them. If they were all booked under your email, then check your spam, and if it’s not there, let us know.
Can I buy tickets on the door?
Yes, you can buy a ticket at the Show’s entrance, but we strongly recommend pre-booking for quicker entry.
Can I buy a VIP ticket?
VIP tickets are not for sale at The Rugby Show. They will be offered as prizes though, so keep your eyes on our social media feed and the feeds from our media partners.
Can I bring children with me?
Any adult can bring a child under 16 without a ticket, but any children 16 or over will need their own ticket and be supervised at all times.
Are pets allowed?
Only support animals are allowed inside the Hall.
What about parking?
The Ricoh Arena has several car parks. Parking is free for all attending the show.
Where can I stay nearby?

Do I need to book for the Masterclass Arena?
